What is a VMI program?
VMI programs have been developed to take over the inventory management functions on your lower cost items required in your production assemblies. The amount of time that a Purchasing/Operations team spends placing orders, inspecting, inventorying and handling low cost items that are purchased on a regular basis can easily be handled for you by a competent supplier.
Who do we do VMI programs for currently?
